Richmond Art Museum, home of Phantoscope, recently reopened after a major renovation, just in time for its 120th anniversary! We’re taking this opportunity to do some “renovation” of Phantoscope as well, part of which will be moving the competition and festival back to its original spring time frame. But don’t worry, since we had the most recent festival and screening in October 2017, no class of students (particularly next year’s high school seniors) will have to miss a year of participation. Students who were juniors in October will be seniors in the spring of 2019.
So, look for a Call for Entries early next year, and in the meantime check out our Virtual Film Festival!
